BONO HAS VERTIGO
I’m a huge fan of U2 and Bono, one of the most recent concerts I attended was the VERTIGO TOUR in Philly on may 17th 2005. When they belted out VERTIGO with the spinning stage, it was so amazing and surreal, I just had to paint it. Since then I think it has become a staple performance at all of their concerts. The original painting has many buzz words hand painted in oil and hot wax that were associated with songs form the album. Bono is portrayed graphically in his signature glasses in black and white.
